The field is growing constantly and there are so many events and conferences we love and support. Whether you’re looking to expand your network or deepen your knowledge of regenerative land stewardship, here are some excellent opportunities across various focus areas:
- CalCAN Summit: The two-day event began with tours of four Yolo County farms and continued with a day filled with 16 workshop sessions and posters presented by almost 100 presenters.
- California Resource Conservation Districts Annual Conference: CARCD’s annual gathering brings together diverse stakeholders to share knowledge, build partnerships, and address natural resource challenges.
- EcoFarm Annual Conference: The EcoFarm Conference is one of the largest and longest-running gatherings of sustainable and organic farmers, ranchers, and food system advocates in the U.S.
- Transhumance Festival in California The festival reintroduces the age-old practice of transhumance–the tradition of moving livestock from one grazing ground to another in a seasonal cycle.
- Indian Nations Conservation Alliance Annual Meeting A three-day event dedicated to fostering collaboration and dialogue on indigenous conservation efforts.
- Intertribal Agriculture Council Annual Conference The IAC Annual Conference unites Native producers, leaders and advocates annually to explore and advance developments in the agricultural field.
- Rancher to Rancher A one-day Rancher-to-Rancher session, we connects the core principles of soil health and ecosystem function, the wisdom and experience of participants, and firsthand observations and experiments using most of our senses and simple equipment into a fun and social experience of inquiry and shared learning.
- Women in Ranching Offers several annual programs to connect women ranchers with education, community, and opportunity.
- Regenerate Conference Quivira Coalition, Holistic Management International, and the American Grassfed Association host an annual event for knowledge sharing and community building among stakeholders in ranching, farming, conservation, and land management.
- Regenerative Food Systems Investment Forum: Join other innovators and investors to learn how investments can drive agricultural change.
- White Buffalo Land Trust: At White Buffalo’s Field Days, discover innovative ways we are increasing biodiversity, building soil, supporting a healthier water cycle, and improving climate stability across 1,000 acres.
